BKWorkHub Bid & Payment Policy

Welcome to BKWorkHub. This Bid & Payment Policy explains the rules, responsibilities, commission structure, and payment process for both Buyers and Freelancers using our platform.

By registering or using BKWorkHub, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Project Posting Policy (For Buyers)

1.1 Project Details

Buyers must provide:

• Clear scope of work
  
  

• Expected deliverables
  
  

• Timeline
  
  

• Budget
  
  

Incomplete or misleading project details may be rejected by BKWorkHub.

1.2 Budget Confirmation

The project budget must be realistic and final before assigning.

Budget reductions after freelancer confirmation require mutual consent.

1.3 Communication Policy

All communication must remain within the BKWorkHub platform.

Sharing personal contact details before project confirmation is restricted.

Direct deals outside the platform are strictly prohibited.

2. Bidding Policy (For Freelancers)

2.1 Eligibility

Only registered freelancers can submit bids.

Profile details must be complete and accurate.

2.2 Responsible Bidding

Freelancers must:

• Bid based on real skills and availability.
  
  

• Provide genuine portfolio samples.
  
  

• Clearly explain delivery timelines.
  
  

Spam bidding, fake profiles, or misleading proposals may result in account suspension.

2.3 Agreement After Selection

Once a buyer selects a freelancer, the agreement becomes binding.

Both parties must honor the scope, timeline, and payment terms.

3. Project Engagement Model

BKWorkHub operates on a 100% project-based model.

Freelancers:

• Will be involved from project start to completion.
  
  

• Must dedicate approximately 2 hours per project between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (as required).
  
  

• Will receive guidance and support from the Coordinator Head throughout the project.
  
  

Training & Onboarding

After registration, freelancers must attend a webinar session.

An onboarding meeting will be scheduled to explain workflow and expectations.

4. Commission & Payment Structure

4.1 Platform Service Fee

For every successfully completed project:

• Freelancer receives: 60% of the total project value
  
  

• BKWorkHub retains: 40% as platform service fee
  
  

Example:

Project Value: ₹20,000

Freelancer Share (60%) = ₹12,000
BKWorkHub Service Fee (40%) = ₹8,000

The 40% service fee covers:

• Client acquisition
  
  

• Lead generation
  
  

• Project coordination
  
  

• Platform maintenance
  
  

• Marketing expenses
  
  

• Operational and administrative support
  
  

• Dispute management
  
  

5. Payment Process

5.1 Payment Collection

Buyers must make payments through BKWorkHub.

Direct payments outside the platform are strictly prohibited.

Any attempt to bypass the platform may result in suspension.

5.2 Payment Release

Freelancer payments will be released only after:

• Project completion
  
  

• Buyer confirmation
  OR
  
  

• Dispute resolution (if applicable)
  
  

5.3 Settlement Timeline

Payments will be processed within [X] working days after confirmation.

Payment gateway delays are not the responsibility of BKWorkHub.

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

Freelancers must provide revisions within the agreed scope.

Additional work outside the original scope requires:

Written approval

Additional payment

7. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises:

1. Both parties must submit proof (chat history, files, agreements).
   
   

2. BKWorkHub management will review all evidence.
   
   

3. The final decision made by BKWorkHub will be binding.
   
   

Failure to cooperate may result in account suspension.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Buyer Cancellation

If a buyer cancels after work has started:

• Payment will be calculated based on completed work or milestones.
  
  

8.2 Freelancer Cancellation

Freelancers cannot abandon projects without valid reason.

Repeated cancellations may lead to removal from the platform.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Direct transactions outside BKWorkHub
  
  

• Fake portfolios
  
  

• Identity misrepresentation
  
  

• Harassment or abusive communication
  
  

• Copying or plagiarizing work
  
  

• Attempting to avoid platform commission
  
  

Violations may result in:

• Payment hold
  
  

• Temporary suspension
  
  

• Permanent account termination
  
  

• Legal action if required
  
  

10. Account Suspension & Termination

BKWorkHub reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts violating policy
  
  

• Hold payments during investigations
  
  

• Permanently terminate repeat offenders
  
  

11. Policy Updates

BKWorkHub reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
